In this therapeutic yoga class Michele will guide students gently and slowly through basic yoga poses. Props and breathing techniques may be used to help each student adapt to the poses.
A gentle yoga class might help improve mobility, help reduce pain and alleviate stress.
Bring a mat, towel, or something to sit on. If you have knee issues, bring a cushion or blanket. A tie or strap my help with reaching and stretching. If you cannot get on the floor, modified poses for the chair may be used.
