We welcome the Lakeshore Ukulele Strummers for an outdoor concert on Friday August 13th at 1:00p.m.
The group includes around 16 players of soprano, concert, baritone and banjoleles ukeleles that together create a choir like sound. Join us for “A Trip Around the World with Dolly,” an hour long presentation that features popular tunes including:Hello Dolly, Five foot Two, Eyes of Blue, These Boots are made for Walking, Crazy, Blue Hawaii, Are You Lonesome Tonight, and others. This is a free event for the whole family. The group will also donate any tips to the Friends of the Library.
