Midsummer Celebration Yoga
Come join us for a light practice of breath work, meditation, body work, and learn a few rituals that celebrate the midsummer movement of energies.
This practice is appropriate for all body types and physical abilities. Modifications and chairs will be available. Wear loose fitting clothes that allow for a full range of motion and bring your mats and meditation pillows (not required).
