Moving to the Oldies – Senior Seminar

Dancing is good for you! It’s great for your heart, lungs, motor skills, memory, and overall wellbeing. The Arthur Murray Dance Studio is coming to get us moving to the oldies in this fitness workshop. While this program is designed with seniors in mind, all are welcome to attend.
