Virtual Cookie Walk

The Annual Cookie Walk is one of our biggest events of the year.
This year the Cookie Walk is going virtual.

Since the events and programs sponsored by our generous Friends group are more important than ever, this year we are asking cookie bakers and buyers to consider what they would have contributed to this event and keep the tradition going!

There are two ways to participate in this year’s Virtual Cookie Walk.

Are you a baker?

We are asking you to email recipe(s) you have become famous for to Dianne Marvaso at ndmarvaso@gmail.com. If you prefer, you can drop off a copy of the recipe(s) at the Library. Please include your name and contact information. We will print copies of your recipes and include them in the gift bags so we can still share your wonderful baked goods. You can start emailing recipes as soon as you’d like and we would like all recipes in by November 30.

When next year’s walk goes traditional, you can once again get those ovens going!

Are you a cookie-lover?

For a minimum contribution of $20.00 to the Friends of HTPL, donors will receive a gift bag of cookies, tea, coffee, and five all-star recipes from our past Cookie Walks. It’s a great gift for you or a great gift to share. Donations accepted online or in-person.

For questions, please contact Dianne Marvaso at ndmarvaso@gmail.com or 586-255-8556.

Goodie bags will be available for pickup at the library from December 14 to December 23 during regular hours.
